All deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination if detected.

• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across multiple accounts on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• For Sports Betting event outcomes, 77tk uses the official results published by the relevant governing body.

If a live casino game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, 77tk will review the situation and work to provide a fair resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77tk. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Registering with false information or attempting to deceive the verification process.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, viruses, or malware.
• Placing bets using bots or any automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other players or 77tk staff.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or helping them create an account.

77tk may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation has been found.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or the provided information does not match.
• While a suspicious transaction is under investigation.
• The player has submitted a self-exclusion request.

You can also request account closure at any time through 77tk support. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and the remaining balance will be refunded, provided all conditions are met.

77tk is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or issues with the player's device.
• A game interrupted mid-session due to a technical error (though we will always strive to reach a fair resolution).
• The player shared their password and suffered account-related losses as a result.
